As you earn Simpli Rewards points, they will appear on the My Simpli Rewards page of your customer account and will be assigned one of these three statuses:
- Approved: Points are available to be redeemed immediately.
- Pending: Points are on hold in your account and need to be verified before you can redeem them. This status typically applies to recent purchases and referrals.
- Cancelled: Points that were pending but will not be added to your account. This status is assigned to points from an order that has been cancelled.
